Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Durak app and its online service, which are provided by Viacheslav Pyrih, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine ("we"). If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms add the rules of the game service. If the two conflict, the Apple EULA wins for the licence to the app itself.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Your account

• A guest account is created when you first play online. You can save it with an email so you can recover it.
• Keep your device and email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy.

3. Usernames and behaviour

Your username is visible to other players. Don't choose a name that is offensive or hateful, impersonates someone, or infringes someone else's rights. We may rename or suspend accounts that break this rule.

Don't cheat. That includes modified apps, bots, exploiting bugs, colluding with other players to farm rewards, and attacking or overloading our servers. We may remove rewards earned this way, or suspend or delete the account.

4. Diamonds and items

• Diamonds are a virtual currency for use only in the app. You earn them by playing or buy them with real money through the App Store.
• Diamonds and items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other players or redeemed outside the app, and they are not your property. We grant you a limited licence to use them in the game.
• There is no gambling. Diamonds can't be staked on the outcome of games and are never paid out by chance.
• Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refund requests go to Apple. Unless the law requires otherwise, we do not refund unused diamonds, including when an account is deleted or suspended for breaking these terms.
• EU consumers: you agree that bought diamonds are delivered right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
• We may change prices, items and rewards, and reasonably adjust balances that resulted from errors.

5. The service

We work to keep online play available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of faults. We may change or end features. If we shut down the online service, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app.

6. Our content

The app, its graphics, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items.

8. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
